Thank you for purchasing goods or services from FGM Technology Services, LLC. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

    • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale by the Service or Company.
    • "Services" refers to the services offered for sale by the Service or Company.
    • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.
    • “Service” refers to the Website.
    • “Website” refers to FGM Technology Services, accessible from www.fgmts.com.
    • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


     Your Order Cancellation Rights

    For purchases of Goods, You my cancel your order at any time prior to the Goods being delivered to you.

     

    For purchases of Services, You may cancel your order at any time before the point at which the Services have started or begun to be delivered. If You request to cancel Your order after the Services have started or begun to be delivered, You will be charged a prorated amount for the Services that have been delivered.

     

    Conditions for Returns

    Services are not eligible for a return. If You are unhappy or unsatisfied with the delivery of the Services, please contact the Company to discuss a remediation plan according to the agreed upon work.

     

    For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
    • The Goods are in the original packaging.

     

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


    Returning Goods 

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
